1. Are all Cingular BIS 2.0 accounts forwarded to considered PUSH (immediate delivery) accounts?
2. What about IMAP accounts? Are IMAP accounts POLLED if not forwarded to ?
3. I have read that PUSH is less reliable than POLLING. How is this so?

anything sent or forwarded to your @mycingular.blackberry.net account is immediately 'pushed' to your device. secondary accounts that you set up in the management console are polled at an interval (15-20min) and then pushed to your device. does that answer your question?

Technically, all email that the Blackberry receives is push (unless you're accessing webmail via the browser on the BB or found a POP client for the BB). Whether or not you've set up BIS to poll other POP accounts is an entirely separate matter. However, Byron answered what I think is your actual question.
