I did the battery pull, removed and added all my email addresses, still nothing. any other advice? any help, as always is greatly appreciated.

My alerts haven't been working for a month now. Probably something to do with the redesign. If the site is buggy, it's understandable that the blackberry app is as well. No surprise. Hopefully they fix all these bugs soon because myspace is starting to look good right now.

I had the same problem. I had to login to facebook from my computer and enable the blackberry option under the notifications setting. Then I started getting alerts again.

^ that and also make sure the email registered with facebook is the "@carrier.blackberry.net" email address

I did all that. Nothing. I'm going to have t-mo reset me on the network.

Didn't work for me either. I get maybe one alert at most.
