i just purchased the bb 8300 curve...media card won't work and when its connected my computer it won't "connect" in the blackberry desktop program...what is going on? my media card worksin my black berry pearl so i'm trying to figure out how to fix it before i take this back and get a refund

Have YOU enable "Mass Storage"?

Also, was encryption turned on when you had it in the BlackBerry Pearl? If so, try disabling that setting (on both devices if enabled).
