Just recently upgraded to the new 4.5 OS for my TMO 8100. In the previous 4.2 OS there was a mod using the javaloader and uploading net_rim_theme_100_240x260_b.cod to get the menu back to the "list" style as opposed to the multiple icons.

This does not work on 4.5.0.37. Has anyone come up with a way to make this work?

Please post a follow up if you ever sort this out.
I just upgraded my 8100 this week to 4.5. and i much prefer the list view for the T-mo Zen theme.

There is no theme like this for OS 4.5. There was never really a theme like that for 4.2.1 but we made it work from 4.2.0.

I got this to work with OS 4.5. Use the same list file that was used for 4.2.
