I Went Onto Tmobile.com And Set Up 2 Email Accounts..
When I Go To My Phone And Press Email Setup, It Takes Me To The Enterprise Activation Screen...but Then Shows A Message Saying "activation Request Failed. A Service Connection Is Unavailable."

You don't use the Enterprise Activation.

if you setup the accounts properly, you should have received activation emails. Do you have a BB data plan on your account?
