My bold started getting emails only over the wifi connection.
When I don't have wifi, I get nothing. 3g doesn't grab the emails.

I have been looking through all the settings and maybe I am missing
something. Suggestions?

I tried everything mentioned, except calling AT&T.

Still doesn't seem to get email during the day when I am at work.
It doesn't grab anything until I am in my garage (wifi range) when
the phone goes ape nuts.

Can you use the internet, browse to a website, use BBMessenger, etc., when you are NOT on a WiFi spot?

Try this, for grins, go to Manage Connections > Mobile Network Options and set your 3G to 2g only and see if any mail comes while you are not in the WiFi spot.

yeah, I can get web pages to load.

What I cannot do is run any applitcations that access data.

email, facebook, viigo, etc.

It will show that I am on 3g, edge when changed, data available, and full signal.

Make sure your BlakBerry Data Plan is provisioned properly...

I ran diagnostics and got this:

Blackberry Registration: yes

Connected to BlackBerry: yes

BlackBerry PIN-PIN: no

Have you tried a battery pull lately? That seems to fix many issues.
