Hi all.

For some reason, over the last few weeks, when my phone rings it shows only the number of the person calling and not the name

Can anyone advise what is going on and how to rectify this?

Are you encrypting the data on the phone, either via policy or by choice? We've had situations where the processor couldn't decrypt the address book data fast enough to provide the normal caller id for people in the contact list. If you do have encryption, you can turn of content protection of the address book under ( on my phone, vzw 8530 5.0.0.508) security options/encryption/include contacts

Do you have the correct Country Code set in Phne / Options / Smart Dialing Options?
