What exactly do you want to do?

You can set the default CMIME and CICAL on the default services screen in device options if you have multiple email addresses on the device. But if you change the sent from address when send email to a contact, the BlackBerry will remember and use that address next time.

When I compose email it use vzw as default I want to change to different email as default
lol never mind it did remember using the address it didn't work before

Do you have other email accounts setup on the device besides the verizon address?

options - advanced - default services
change CMIME to the address you want. menu - save
