BB 9780 i,m having trouble receiving text messages most ov the time. when receiving a text it comes up Content Protected Enabled this came on after 6days & is now intermitint does anyone had this problem if so how do you rectify the problem other than waiting 10 mins for the content protected enabled to disappear

Unless your under control of a corporate BES , this should help.

On the Home screen of the BlackBerry smartphone, click Options.
In the Options menu, click Security Options.
In the Security Options menu, click Encryption.
Change the Encryption mode from Enabled to Disabled, and save the settings.
