Hey guys,

Got a serious one here...well, to me it is!

I've kinda had minor problems with my bb the whole morning, like freezing, etc. Whilst chatting on Whatsapp, my messages suddnely weren't going through, so I thought to do a battery pull.
Thought it would help, but it just got worse!! After I did the battery pull, the progress bar only goes to about halfway, or just over, and just stops....I've tried doing the battery pull 3 times, but does the same thing.

I don't know what to do!!!!
I haven't dropped my blackberry, I haven't wet it, I haven't knocked it...I can't think of why it would do this.

I'm stressing, cos I really need to use it, but the progress bar just won't go the whole way!!!

Help....do I need to send it in to have it checked, or is there something I can do??

Would really appreciate the help!

You have an 8520, and it cannot handle everything you are trying to do. You need to upgrade to a higher-end device.

Or change the way you use the BB.

There could be several things going on - too many apps and not enough free memory, a corrupt file or theme, an incompatible file or them, etc.
