Customer is Currently running BES 5.0.3 MR6 and has mentioned recently that they are seeing a lot of accounts that have had the redirection disabled by the BES.

Cant seem to find any mentions of this problem for the current BES version.

Looking at installing MR8 shortly but not sure if this has a fix for the issue or not?

6 BES and over 10,000 accounts but i couldnt say what the percentage of disabled accounts is.

Redirection is disabled for the account and not just the inbox.

I know that there used to be a problem with older version that the inbox wasn't redirecting, but that has been solved quite a while ago, definitely with MR6 and newer.

You can read through the release notes of MR8, but I didn't see that under solved issues, so most probably MR8 will not solve it.

How exactly do you see or find out that the redirection is disabled?
