Angry DM trouble

Please Login to Remove!

Desktop manager isn't working right. I've reinstalled it, restarted computer multiple times, but it still won't let me switch devices. I'm switching from a Pearl to a Curve and it just says "working" down at the bottom. i've left it hooked up like that for up to an hour and it just says "working" even after i reinstalled. What's the problem? i've done this many times before, and it's never done this

Try resetting the device that is plugged in at the time (take the battery out for 10 secs). that usually solves the working issue.

Rather than using the switch device wizard, you can simply backup the old device and then restore the backup to the new device. Then simply log into your BIS site and change the PIN/IMEI so your email will deliver to the new device.

no, it's not even that. it's just that DM won't go past "working" no matter how long it is, therefore i can't select any of the options BECAUSE it's supposedly working...
