We need to turn our phone feature off. I understand how to do this from the BES. What I want to know is if the phone feature is turned off, can the BB still call 911 or is the phone completely disfunctional?

It's funny, lots of times our users let the BlackBerry power down so much that the wireless turns off, of course these are also the users that can't seem to remember their passwords, so for us to reset their passwords, we have been choose Emergency Call, quickly cancel, as we don't want to overload 911 operators, and that forces the wireless back on, so we can set the code to redo the password.
