Have an BB 8703 with Verizon. Get error message (HTTP Error 500) on BB browser after reaching the Welcome to Cox.net homepage and then clicking webmail icon. Anyone have this problem and/or solution. Experienced this with hotmail.com but hotmail has a mobile patch.

Don't want to retrieve via webclient.

Any help or suggestions will be appreciated.

I suspect the BB browser cannot handle the page. Have you been able to view it before?

I don't use cox, but I navigated to a page with webmail link, using my 8700g with OS 4.1. Clicked on link and got same error. For what it's worth.

Have you tried going directly to the webmail site such as webmail.east.cox.net or webmail.west.cox.net or webmail.central.cox.net? I am on TMobile and I am able to navigate directly to the page Welcome to Cox.net, select webmail and sign into webmail. It could be the security on your browser causing you to not be able to view the page...
