Default No Handheld Model?

Please Login to Remove!

Maybe a simple answer here.
We just upgraded to BES 4.0.2 one week ago. When looking at the Manager under the Handhelds view, only about 25% of handhelds are identified..
Does this mean that the handhelds not identified have handheld code under 4.0?
Thanks!

From my experience, that sounds correct. 4.0 for the 62XX/72XX series, and 2.7 for the 95X series

either they aren't on 4.0, or they haven't gone through an enterprise activation.

Oddly enough, I'm facing a scenario now where I've enteprise activated a user, (tried it twice, once wired, once wireless), and both times the handlheld says activation complete, but there's not detail information listed on the bes.

In this case it's a nextel 7520 running 4.0.2.37 against a Groupwise Bes SP2 HF2.

I've seen this happen if an activation is not complete, and re-activiating the user will get all the stats. But this is the first time I've seen this happen when the activation has completed.

Nevermind, it's my own stupidity. Lately I've started the habit of disabling wireless PIM sync when activating. I forgot to re-enable wireless PIM sync. Once it was re-enabled, all the stats came through, I can now see the handheld status.
