I'm in Emergency Medical Services and rely heavily on SMS and Email. On my bberry, the problem I'm having is not getting the message or Emails its that no tones or vibrations are going off and I'm missing some important stuff. I've checked numerous times the settings and whether its normal or loud nothing??? Its set on normal now. Any one have any idea what is going on or what I might be doing wrong?????????
