My 8703e's screen cracked extremely bad, so I'm getting a new one from my insurance company.

However, the company said if I don't return it I will be charged $65. I am thinking about keeping it and replacing the screen on it to give to a friend who does not want to pay $400 for a blackberry.

So I'm thinking about purchasing the OEM replacement lens at bbrepairshop.com

Does anyone know if this will come with instructions for how to do it yourself? Or does anyone know how to do this and can help walk me through this?

I just found some replacement lenses on ebay as well. So can anyone show me how to do this?
