I've been trying to order a Tour via the VZW website under the new every 2 plan. I've been eligible since July, have a My Verizon account as the account owner, etc.
The Add to Cart button simply doesn't work. And no feedback, such as "out of stock" or anything.
Did you login and then select "upgrade phone" and select the line you're trying to upgrade? If so and its still not working then just give them a call and place your order that way. Btw, not sure if they're still offering free overnight shipping but the code is freeovernt.
I would contact CS service that way you get the discount right up front instead of having to waiting for the Visa card. I still have not gotten mine and I bought mine launch day June 10th.

I am not sure but I think NOTHING happens unless you first select some button which wants your current model??? I recall sitting staring at a screen and could not get beyond a certain point.
