Unhappy Stopped Receiving Emails =o(

Hey all....
My emails have stopped coming through! All I did was clear all my messages in "messages" and now I can not receive any emails to my phone! I only use hotmail accounts, and non of them are coming through to my phone!

I have no idea how to re-set anything etc (yes I am a girl but that means nothing!!!!) But please could someone give me a basic step by step guide (no short words etc!) of how to get it working again?!! Pretty please!

Thank you!!! But I have worked it out! I am clearly stupid!

I won't tell you what I did, cause its far too stupid!! Thanks anyway!!! Only took me five mins to figure it out!!!! Oooops!!
