Hey peoplwe . Iv had my blackberry now for 2 weeks and iv already had 1 crash with it , AND now today i installed a new theme and it was working fine till my phones battery died. I put it on the charger for about 2 hours turned it on and now my phone is frozen , has no functions at all and even were their is supposed to be service it says SOS .. i tried taking the battery out and left it for 10mins , i tried holdind the on button for 10mins and all that shit , i wanna know how to actually fix this freaking problem without having to go out and takin the phone back to get fixed or to get my money back.. Please help if you have had this issue or know how to fix it my phone is my livelyhood.

1. Please attempt to use at least a third grade level of English with complete words and sentences. And kill the four letter words. That doesn't help you get anything fixed.

2. What state is your 8520 now. You said it was frozen: on the homescreen or what?
