the trackpad stopped working so i bought a new 1 hubby put it in and still wont work? its driving me nuts does anybosy know what else i can do???

To help more detail is needed.
Are you sure it's installed correct?
Was it the exact type for the phone model?
Was it an OEM product?
Does everything else work including keys?
did he follow exactly the instruction available on the internet, youtube etc.
is the sensitivity too low , check settings.

Hi yes did what it shows on you tube its a proper part, not sure on exact model how do i find out? And i cant check settings cos i cant move around with the pad not working?

Not all pads are the same you must know the part and model to get the correct one. If everything else works I would suspect the wrong part was installed....maybe
they cost about $5.00 so I would try a new one. Curve 9300 is the model name of the 9300

This time watch the hubby and make sure he follows all the directions.
