Default Weird Gmail problem

Please Login to Remove!

so heres the issue im running into, i recently set up a new gmail account and added it to my BIS, everytime i reply to someone, i get a copy of it too, as far as i know i do not have any bcc, or auto bcc rules set up, i just get a copy of every damn email that i send, how can i stop this?

my temporary solution is for me to setup a filter to not foward emails that come from my own address to hand held. nut id still like to know why this is happening

I have this happen to me also, and I think it's an issue with BIS 2.x and/or Gmail itself. I know a lot of my friends in BIS tell me this is an issue that is still being worked on. I just deal with it.

my temporary solution is this

a) go to BIS site, and create a filter to basically ignore emails from your own address

b) go to gmail and set up a filter to delete any email that comes from your address as well

this so far has allowed me to recieve all my email for my @gmail address, but it keeps em from showing up on my desktop when i reply to them.

PS, im not sure if its new, but i sucessfully set up a free hotmail account on BIS today

I also have a free hotmail account setup, but I've had mine for 6+ years, and I have 250 megs of storage, so I dunno if that's considered free or not. Also, I'm on the Rogers network here in Canada.

It has to do with the way Gmail organizes their email.

Not a weird problem. A common one. Stick around for a couple days and you'll see a thread EXACTLY like this one pop up again. Well...not EXACTLY like it...YOU actually figured out the answer pretty quickly.

Thanks for posting the solution and saving us some time!
