[Heavy Fluid]

I am interested in putting some custom themes on my 8130. I have OS 4.3.0. OK. Does that mean that I can use themes for phones up to 4.3, including 4.3? I am pretty sure that you can't put themes for 4.5 on a phone with 4.3, right? Am I limited to only themes for 4.3? I tried searching, but to be honest, I am not sure what to search for.

Any help, or a little guide would be awesome. Thanks in advance. I hate to ask this type of question, but I just really don't know how to find the answer on my own.
