Desktop Manager = was v.3.6; upgraded to 3.6 sp3a - didn't help, upgraded to v.4.0.1.10.
Desktop Redirector = was v.3.6.0.31, now running v.3.6.0.39
Environment = Outlook and Exchange
Until last week (9/30/2005), everything was working fine. After 14:20 on 9/30, the redirector will no longer forward emails to the blackberry device. Statistics tell me that there are 22 messages to be forwarded. I have upgraded the software, I have removed and reinstalled the software, I have the Encryption Key config set to manual (and generated a new key three times per software install).
This morning, reset the Blackberry by removing the battery. Put the battery back and the email began to flow - appears to be working normally now.
Stonent - I didn't check my email until just now, so didn't see your reply. I hadn't thought of trying to send email to the blackberry email address, but I have a feeling it wouldn't have been successful. If I hadn't thought of resetting the device, I'm sure your suggestion would have shown it to be a problem with the blackberry and not the redirector.
