I have followed the memory maximizer instructions, i have taken off all non rim software. I make sure all my apps are closed. I pull my battery when it gets really bad. My scroll wheel doesn't like to scroll up and down (yes i have followed the directions on cleaning it and it was gunked up pretty good)

through all of this my unit is still slow. It scrolls slowly, sends txt's slowly, sends email slowly. Browsing the web isn't bad.

If someone has something for me to try i'll gladly try it.

I've had this device since last november (it was swapped once at a verizon store) but it worked great for months. only been recently i've had this problem. This is my third blackberry 7250 and 7100i previously. Both never had a problem.

What is your free memory now? Menu>Options Status (file free?). Are you running any 3rd party themes???
