Default BES 3.6 - MDS Browser and Network Appliance NetCache Proxy

Please Login to Remove!

Does anyone, in our little community, have any experience of using a NetCache Proxy with the BES for Internet Browsing from the handheld?

We have BES 3.6 SP2a and all our handhelds are 7230, just over 200 of them in total.

We were initially using MS Proxy and there were few issues, albeit, it was ridiculously slow and some sites were timing out or unreachable. Unfortunately, it was decided by others that we were to move to a Network Appliance NetCache Proxy, for which my own particular knowledge is pretty much zilch.

The issue we have is that even though I have set "Use Mobile Data Service for authentication" with an appropriate account, it still requests for authentication on the handheld when trying to access the Internet. In addition to this, even if I enter a set of credentials (DOMAIN\username and password), it will not authenticate and keeps requesting for further authentication.

Help!!
