I was wondering how the US customers are finding the handset and the service provided by the carrier. UK users are angry with the Vodafone and the handset as the below article describes.

Hi,

I have only had the Storm for about 3 days now but I have had no issues with broken buttons, my signal on Verizon is full bars, and I have had no issue with the keyboard as described in the link you provided... The keyboard does take a while to get use to typing on, as it is very different for long time BB users...

Battery life has been OK for me so far... I use voice, data, and SMS quite a bit and a full charge does last the day for me...
