Question Help Meee!!!

Please Login to Remove!

I have a problem with my BB Bold. I cannot disable the device password and every time it blocks I am asked for the password.

In options > Password Do you see Enabled with a little red lock Icon?

There is a security policy that was applied to the device because it use to be on BES. Did you buy this used from someone or does your company have BES on the device?

I bought it new from Vodafone. I don't have it from the company.

Take it back. It's used. Somebody activated it on a corporate network if there is an IT policy on it.

Did he activate on his corporate network? It might have an IT policy.

Look at Options > Security > General Settings.... scroll to bottom, what is under "services"?
