Please Login to Remove!

Somebody please help. I had cellular renewal put me a new usb charge port on my blackberry, but now it won't turn on. I get a red flashing light in the top corner and a green light when I try to turn it on but the screen nor keypad lights up. I was going to try to download the OS but when I went to the site there was not a choice for cellular south. Does anyone have any idea what I can do to get my b berry back working. Please Please help. Thanks

Welcome to the forums.

When you connect the device to the PC, does the PC detect it? It they fixed it, it should be detected. Secondly, if you got it back in that condition, I would be calling them up.

This is not the Cellular South OS, but it is the most recent official OS for the 8330. It will work with your device if you follow the directions to the letter.

You can try an OS load. Any carrier's OS for the 8330 will work. However, it doesn't sound to me like an OS issue.
