We have installed Desktop manager 4.7 and 4.6 on the office pc's .
When trying to synchronize organizer data it prompt we need to connect to internet .
All pcs are internet connected. We try using wireless modems connecting outside office environment but we still receiving the same message.
Can anyone assist on this?
