Default download ringtones from server-blackberry

Hi,
I am new to blackberry application development ,I am developing a blackberry application in which I am going to store 2000 ring tons in remote server,and when the application launch,I will download all 2000 ring tons in local blackberry device.
Is it possible to download all 2000 ring tons and store in device.
and is blackberry permits any API which will support the option of "playing" and "set as ring ton" option.

any help?
