I have a client that insists on having his sales email address hit two blackberries... i said distrobution group (this is through BIS btw) he said no, he didn't like that idea.

My next question, can you have setup on two blackberries using the email settings icon? he doesn't want this forwarded as they need to reply using when they answer messages.

I'm a BES admin but i have no clue on this side.

Are both blackberries on the same carrier?
If they are, there is only 1 BIS account, and only 1 BB can be registered with it at any one time.
If they are on different carriers, he has 2 BIS accounts, and can setup the email address in both BIS accounts.
