I just purchased a new BB 9700 and I love it so much! (hehe)

Well, I used to have a pearl 8120 and is running on Desktop Manager v4.5. I was wondering if I need to update a DM with my 9700.

My 9700 is v5.0....

Also, I would like to have a program that print screens my phone for me, is that possible? If anyone has it, please let me know! Thanks

I always try to have the latest software and the BB DM is no exception. I think its in the 5.0 or so.
As for screen shots I've always used this one since I had the Flip. You can set it in a convenient side key or just select the option from any menu after installing. It saves into jpg

Thank you so much!! I have another issue, I'm trying to sign on MSN messenger, but it wont work, it kept saying, "service not enabled for this handheld"

The screen capture is very helpful for cropping pictures as well ;)

Its good for remembering artist and song names capturing slacker or pandora screen

Have you activated the BB data plan?
Also check the MSN permissions in options-applications-third party-MSN

I downloaded it, but where is my screen shot at? when i click on the icon, it just vibrates (im guessing it took a shot of my screen?) but then i can't find the photos anywhere!

It doesn't show under the "Third party" it shows on "add-on" :/ but its still now working....

You are right its under add on but try to change the permissions for that app.

The screen capture pictures go to your picture folder in the BB. Just open Media and Pictures and All it should be there
