1. How do I quickly move to the top and bottom of the web page as I used to in version 4.x. I used to press *3 (or something and 3) and it toggled between the top and bottom.
2. After paging through a web page, when I wanted to move the mouse to the top of the shown screen, I used to roll the track ball down,
and to have the cursor move to the bottom of the shown screen I used to roll it up. How do I achieve the same in version 5.x
