Your contacts are not in iTunes. That was just the conduit. If they are in gmail, you can use Google contact sync.

Your contacts can also be in Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express, you need to star desktop manager and go to sync option and start outlook adress book sync

If the contacts are already in google, do this:

1. open browser on blackberry.
2. go to m.google.com
3. scroll down and select sync
4. install it, enter your google account info
5. follow instructions and watch it copy your contacts to your new blackberry
