I am unable to look through my media files (music, videos, pictures, my ringtones, ect) When I plug my blackberry up to my apple, I used to be able to do this until I switched devices. Mass Storage Mode is enabled I don't know what else to do....

Are you unable to view your media files from your BlackBerry or from your computer while it's plugged in?

May sure it is set to automatically enable mass storage when connected, it's controlled by settings on the same screen.
