Hi. I tell you my problem.the handfree of my bb works well when im listening music ... But when i am on msn only or facebook or i get a email (owns sounds of the bb) , for example, the alerts sound are not recognized by the headsets and they sound on the speaker of the bb.i think my bb lost setting after that i had to reset it, because it freezed with a white screen. When im listening music i can listen the alerts on the headsets... It is something wiere... Thanks a lot for your big help. I need to resolve this problem. Bye

The BlackBerry alerts sounds do not play through the headset. That's just how it is designed to work currently.

And it's 'badly'. ;)

Thanks for your answer and correction... But i cant believe you... I used to do it ... Please somebody else , test it ... Thanks a lot ... Im fustrated about it. Bye
