Welcome to BBF. Please update your profile to show your current cell carrier. I know it isn't "technician". That info is sometimes very useful when you have a problem
"Carrier" refers to your mobile phone provider, also called mobile or cellular carrier. I think sometimes people read it as "career" because the spellilng is very similar.
