Cingular 8700 Freezes Up

We have 8700's with multiple providers and running everything on a BES4 server. Lately a couple of users are complaining about the blackberries freezing up while typing emails. With one user we gave him an 8700 from Cingular, 7290 from T-Mobile and a 7250 from Verizon and he had the same issue with each one. Not sure if it is something on the Bes server or the individuals settings for the blackberry. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
