I just got browsing capability in the Verizon 4.0 upgrade. I wasn't surprised that page load time reminds me of the 28.8 modem days. I guess the biggest disappointment was load time and readability of many of the sites that I visit regularly. I found that the best way to read the online edition of my local paper is to use their handheld format, since the graphics are so heavy on their regular www offering. Another example... it's very tough to read these forums and others I frequent, since the text wraps so often. FINALLY.. my question...
What are some of your favorite bookmarks... that are informative, quick-loading and legible. (I assume many will be handheld versions.) Thanks very much!
