In addition, you can have your entire Outlook folder tree structure on your BlackBerry if you have BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES) with wireless synchronization -- no need to connect cable.
Wireless synchronization applies to the whole PIM under BES 4.0 now -- New addresses/appointments that are added to one (BlackBerry or Outlook) is automatically added to the other within 5 to 30 seconds!

Is it possible to get my complete Outlook contacts folder stucture into the Blackberry on sync and for that matter all subfolders in outlook? Maybe it somehow needs to map to the blackberry categories? Maybe I need third party software. I am setup with the web client and just sync with the desktop 4.0 software. My blackberry is also at version 4. I used to have this functionality when I had a Palm based PDA I am hoping it can be done here as well.
Thanks for the reply. I am not using the enterprise server. Can I use it if I am a single user with Outlook or is this only for corporate accounts? Is this the only way to get this functionality? Are there any fees for running the enterprise server?
It looks like the way to do this is to use the categories field in Outlooks contacts and make sure that the BB has those categories defined as well. If I make the categories match the outlook subfolders then I can filter in the BB and kind of get what I want. It just means I need to go though all my contacts and add the category and for all new contacts remember to include the category. The desktop manager should be able to do this automatically by looking at the folder names and creating the categories in the BB. You would think that when you pay $300 for a PDA the capability to do this simple task would be included.
