Did search but unable to find what I'm looking for.

I'm new and using v3.8.0.139 on a 7290 on Optus in Australia.

There seems to be a bug that is preventing the modules to correctly load for eFile (so, it is not recognising the fact that there is a net.rim.blackberry.api).

Are there any other *.doc *.pdf *.excel, etc viewers I can install on the system?

Try upgrading your BlackBerry to Version 4.0:
http://www.blackberryforums.com/viewtopic.php?t=1995

You can install the Rogers 4.0 on your BlackBerry 7290, for example.
(Just make sure to remove the VENDOR.XML file)

Your BlackBerry should be able to view DOC / PDF / XLS / TXT / GIF / TIF / PNG / JPG email attachments, once it's upgraded to 4.0.

Search did not turn up the VENDOR.XML file.
Where do I find it?

Optus has installed something call ZOO on my BB which is there collection the Internet browser, etc.

Is there anything I need to pay attention to in status area?

Default PDF Support

Hi, I have a 7100t from T-Mobile and when I try to view a .pdf, it just displays all of the text but not in a format that is structuredl like a .pdf. Ideally, it would simply display the .pdf like a picture.

Are there any viewers out there for this?

Thanks,

Greg
