Question Help Needed for Mobile Application Development........its urgent

Please Login to Remove!

Hi All,

I am new to this forum, so please bear me if I ask stupid question.

I am developing an Enterprise J2ME Application Using MIDP. I need to develope Online/Offline kind of application in which

continuous connectivity is not required , but due to offline scenario, I need to store bulk of data to device's storage.

I know that I can use J2ME RecordStore (RMS) for this.

I found "J2MEMicroDB" an open source API providing the form of OR Layer to store data in Record store in the form of Object.

But I am not sure whether this the best way to do so ?

Please give any suggestions or any related information about this. If any other tool or API are available please let me know that too.

Awaiting your replies...........its urgent....

Regards and Thanks

Abhinandan

Pointbase Micro is a full Relational db built upon the MIDP's Recorstore. So it's no t only for 'online applications'
With some limiations, you have SQL for creating tables, queries ...
