Unknown Mail Server

I have one user (out of about 120) who is able to activate her account with no problems. The BES (184.108.40.206) shows her PIN and a running status, however she does not get any email coming across. Her mailbox is correct, but the Mail Server entry is blank. I have run a repair on her GroupWise account and found some errors, deleted her from the BES, wiped the device, reset her account and set the password. It activates with no problems, but still does not put the Mail Server entry in. I've been looking for answers to this all day and have not been able to find anything to help. Any ideas? TIA
