Am getting the following event log on our BES server, have tried recreated MAPI account in registry and even reinstalled software but still happened

The description for Event ID ( 20406 ) in Source ( BlackBerry Controller ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. You may be able to use the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this description; see Help and Support for details. The following information is part of the event: 'SQL1' agent 1: will not restart - reached the maximum of 10 restarts per 24 hours.

Reboot your BES. It appears that you're having MAPI connectivity problems with your Exchange / BES environment. Do these events show up immediately after a boot (within 2 hours of reboot) or sometime later?

They appear as soon as the server is rebooted. We are running the latest software and latest updates. Have reapplied latest update and now also getting following error

BlackBerry Messaging Agent SQL1 Agent 1 failed to start. Error code 5302

I have tried what is suggested in KB00075 on BB site but still not working. I can login to BESAdmin mailbox on our Terminal Server without problems.

Can anyone help?
