i am seeing a lot of event log warnings I am hoping i can post some here and someone help me understand what they mean and how to fix

First you should update / fix your device.xml file on your BES ... search the forums here for device.xml and you'll see a thread started by jibi that posts the most recent device.xml available.

For the CDO Error, make sure the versions of the Exchange components (specifically cdo.dll on your BES) matches or is higher than the version on Exchange.
