Default Need help with new IT policy / password restrictions

Please Login to Remove!

We are getting ready to implement a much stricter IT policy and we will be blacklisting some common passwords like say "blackberry". If a user already has this password, does anyone know if it will force them to change their password? Or will it only apply when you have to set a new one?

Thanks
