I read on handago that this is a BES only software. Is that true? or will it work in a non-BES environment.

Question - Do I need to disable all standard notifications if I want to use Notifire for all contacts? If I don't disable all standard notifications, what is the result? (Notifire notice AND standard notice together?)

Notifie should override the default notification for "Hot Contacts".

cbotd: Notifire works on BES and BWC(non-BES).

Thanks Dawg. We will look into that. Can you provide more details on what happens?

I just sent them (Ingentes) an email as I am not getting any popups or notification sounds. I did get them when we used another email address for notifications. I run a BES 4.0 server and the strange part of this is that the email addresses are mixed case in notifire yet they come in to my inbox on my BB in lower case. Is this the problem ?

Thanks.
