Infinitely different... since neither version you mentioned exists.
The version number has 4 "parts".

Something in the format of
4.5.0.x

There is no 4.5.0 and also no 4.5.37.
There's a 4.5.0.37 ... and previously other versions such as 4.5.0.21, 4.5.0.18, 4.5.0.13, etc...
