"web client" is what BIS 1.8 uses to send email

since you have upgraded to BIS 2.0 it's pretty much redundent. It will stay on your handheld untill 30 days after you upgraded to 2.0 so that you can reply or forward email that you received on your handheld from when you were using BIS 1.8

i would recomend changing your default (messages services) to your work address. If you not worried about replying or forwarding previous email feel free to delete "web client" from service books

also, when sending to an address in your address book double check "send using" before you send a message. the reason for this is that the address book remembers what service book you sent w/ last to each address (therefore if you sent using "web client" it will try to send using that - and most likely fail)

hope this helps
